The hirer hereby accepts full liability either directly or in-directly for any loss or injury relating to the hiring of the inflatable unit listed/ordered. He/she furthermore accepts that the use of the inflatable unit is entirely at his/her own risk.
To ensure your safety and to make the most of our inflatable units please comply with the following:
Inflatable units require a relatively open and flat area away from trees and walls or ceilings when used indoors.
Sticks and rocks must be cleared from the area as well as toys and bicycles.
Do not set up near an open fire or braai area.
No smoking is allowed on or near the inflatable unit.
No shoes, sharp objects, food, beverages or eating utensils shall be allowed on the inflatable unit (especially suckers or lollipops)
No animals are allowed on or near the inflatable unit.
No persons over the age of 12 years shall be allowed on the inflatable unit.
No water shall be allowed on the inflatable unit with the exception of the water slide and in this case extreme care must be exercised to keep any water away from the motor and cable/extension cord.
No children will be allowed within a 1m radius of the motor under any circumstances.
There must be an adult supervising the inflatable unit, at all times, while the inflatable unit is in use.
Don't bounce or jump near the entrance - to avoid falling out of the inflatable unit.
Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-
skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on the inflatable unit at any time.
The maximum weight of somebody on the inflatable unit is 65kg.
ELECTRICITY and WATER do not go together! Do not place the motor (blower) near water or the swimming pool.
In case of rain or bad weather, all children should exit the inflatable unit and the motor (blower) should be turned off and stored indoors.
If power to the inflatable unit is lost ensure that all the children leave the inflatable unit until the power is restored and the inflatable unit is fully inflated.
PAYMENT AND LATE RETURNS:
Payment is strictly CASH ON DELIVERY.
NO CHEQUES will be accepted.
No last minute EFT payments will be accepted.
A fee of R50 per hour will be levied for late returns of the inflatable units and equipment, unless other/special arrangements have been made.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions (rain) will only be accepted 3 hours before delivery time.
Should you have no other option but to cancel your booking with In-zane Kreeyations due to weather conditions (rain) or any other unforeseen circumstances, the deposit paid as confirmation of your booking will be retained by In-zane Kreeyations as a CREDIT for up to 6 months and will not be refunded.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to make an alternative/second booking to redeem the "credit/paid deposit" you will forfeit the deposit paid in respect of your first booking, unless other/special arrangement have been made.
Disputes that may arise from any cancellation must be done in writing and will be at the discretion of the owner of In-zane Kreeyations to issue a refund or to reward a CREDIT for the deposit/paid amount.
DEPOSIT AND REFUND OF DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit is required upon booking any inflatable, water slide or any party hire equipment within 48 hours.
This refundable deposit serves to confirm the booking and is payable upfront - before usage.
The refundable deposit will only be refunded after usage and after collection or self return of an inflatable, water slide and any party hire equipment and after it has been inspected by In-zane Kreeyations and found in good condition and working order, without any damages.
The refundable deposit will only be refunded if the inflatable and party hire equipment supplied is returned in a CLEAN condition. Please keep the inflatable clean otherwise half (50%) of the deposit will be retained by In-zane Kreeyations as a "cleaning fee".
The refundable deposit will be paid back via EFT within 48 hours after collection or self return of the inflatable or hired equipment. If rainy weather prevents In-zane Kreeyations from inspecting the inflatable the refund of the deposit will only be done once the inflatable has been inspected, or as agreed upon between both parties.
NO PHOTOS OF OUR INFLATABLES MAY BE USED IN THE MEDIA OR FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES
